The senior management team for New England Bankcard Association is a team that combines proven experience with leadership. Together, their goal is the successful growth and profitability of credit, debit, and merchant card programs in member banks.
Theodore Keith, Jr.Ted joined NEBA in 1989 and became President & CEO in 1997. The company has tripled revenues and more than doubled employees since then. Prior to NEBA, Ted managed law enforcement information systems for the state of Tennessee, where he implemented significant quality assurance initiatives. He stresses accessibility to clients and staff, open lines of communication, and goal-driven management. He holds a B.S. in Biology from Middle Tennessee State University.
Emanuel PansaManny joined the company in 2007 as Sr. Vice President and COO. Prior to joining NEBA, Manny was Sr. Vice President of Operations at Applied Communications Inc. (ACI) Worldwide, where he was responsible for maintaining and supporting ACI’s Application Service Provider (ASP) environment. There, he managed technical support, operations, implementation, systems engineering, and information systems. Prior to joining ACI, Manny was Sr. Vice President of Operations at Interpay, Inc., managing payroll processing services to over 34,000 small business clients in 12 U.S. locations. He has held senior positions at Metavante and ADP. Manny has an MBA degree from Bentley College and a B.S.B.A. degree from Boston University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.
Stanley M. LinkousStan Linkous joined the company in October of 1993. Today Stan is responsible for sales, marketing and business development. Prior to joining NEBA, he worked for Atlantic States Bankcard Association as Director of Sales. Stan brings more than 30 years experience in the card industry. A graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking, from the American Bankers Association, he holds a B.S. in Management from Concord University, Athens, West Virginia.
Jeanne ZaccagniniJeanne joined NEBA in 1987. With more than 37 years in the industry, and a background in managing a large authorization call center, she is responsible for our human capital. She ensures that our corporate culture remains focused on client satisfaction. Jeanne is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Paul RobertsPaul has been the company's Chief Financial Officer since 1997. A CPA, he brings twenty years of experience in public accounting firms in Boston and Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Paul is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has a B.S. in Business Administration from Merrimack College, North Andover, Massachusetts. Paul is active as a board member of several not-for-profit organizations.
